01Who we are
This is the website of the game COLD VAULT, run by Retirement Plan Games, the studio making the game (“we”). We decide how the data described here is handled. For anything about your data, there is one channel:

02Data we collect
- Browsing (Google Analytics), only with your consent: pages viewed, time on page, where you came from, device and browser type, language and approximate city, linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.
We don't ask for your name, email, ID or payment details. Links to the studio's website, YouTube, Discord and other networks lead to services with their own policies.

05Who we share with
Only with the providers that keep the site running, which process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Cloud provider: site hosting.
- Google: Google Analytics, the visit statistics, only with your consent.
Outside your country: these services store data on servers in the United States and elsewhere. Transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses and safeguards each provider offers.
We may also disclose data if legally required by an authority. We never sell or rent data.
06How long we keep it
- Browsing: 2 months in Google Analytics, then deleted automatically.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the LGPD (Brazil), you can ask, at any time and free of charge:
- to confirm whether we process your data and to access it;
- to correct, anonymize, restrict or delete it;
- to receive your data in a portable format;
- to know who we share your data with;
- to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
Email privacy@retirementplangames.com. We reply within 15 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live, or to Brazil's ANPD.
08Children
This site doesn't ask anyone for data in order to use it. If you're the parent or guardian of a child or teenager and want any data deleted, let us know and we'll delete it.
09Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, the provider accounts above use two-factor authentication, and data access is limited to the people running the studio.
10Changes to this policy
The date at the top shows the current version. Important changes, such as a new purpose or a new service, are announced here before they take effect.
